Credits are used when you generate or edit an image. The cost depends on the model and action you choose, and you’ll see the credit cost before you start.

No. Subscription credits refresh each billing cycle, and unused subscription credits do not carry over. Annual plans receive their included credits monthly, with a fresh allowance each month.

Credit Packs are one-time purchases. Your remaining Credit Pack credits and Member benefits are valid for 12 months after your latest Credit Pack purchase.

Yes. Active subscribers receive 50% extra credits with every Credit Pack purchase. We use subscription credits first, then your Credit Pack balance. If your subscription ends, valid Credit Pack Member benefits remain available until the pack expires.

You can wait for your next subscription credit refresh, upgrade your plan, or buy a one-time Credit Pack. Credit Packs let you keep generating without changing your current subscription.

Yes. If you need more credits, you can upgrade your plan at any time to receive a higher monthly credit allowance. Changes take effect immediately, and your bill is adjusted to match the new plan.

Yes. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period. To cancel, go to Account → Billing and select Manage subscription. Your paid benefits remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again unless you resume your subscription.

Yes. Images generated with an active paid subscription or Credit Pack Member benefit may be used commercially, subject to our Terms of Use and applicable laws. You are responsible for ensuring that your prompts, uploads, and outputs do not infringe third-party rights.

If you have not used any credits included with your purchase, contact [email protected] to request a refund. Eligibility depends on the circumstances of the purchase. For refund requests or billing issues, we generally respond within 3 business days.

Yes. Your uploads are private and are not made publicly accessible or shared with other users. We process them only to provide the features you request.
